Originally from the pacific northwest, a reverence for the earth came easy. A childhood spent running through the forest, climbing trees, exploring the mountains, and swimming in the ocean felt nothing short of magical.

My family valued bringing nature into the home, through food, remedies, and healthy lifestyles. It instilled in me a lifelong passion for nature, and enjoying a simple, healthy life where I could maintain this connection. This eventually led to my path as an herbalist.
