Pink Himalayan and epsom salts are both renowned for their effects on the body. Salts have long been used in baths due to the body’s ability to absorb their minerals through the skin. Magnesium in particular is key in easing tension and cramping in the muscles, also aiding in sleep. These minerals are shown to stimulate circulation and promote cell regeneration and skin elasticity, reducing scarring and fine lines. Kaolin clay and baking soda are used to draw out impurities, tighten the pores, and exfoliate the skin, leaving it looking radiant

All bath salts come with a reusable muslin drawstring bag, to keep any loose plant matter contained. Simply pour the desired amount into the bag, tie it closed, and either tie the bag under the running faucet or toss it into the bath.
