This is a 45 minute one-on-one consultation, done online through Zoom. Once purchased, you will receive an email with your intake form. Please complete this and send it back prior to your initial call.

What we will focus on:

Guiding you to better understand your individual constitution and energetics
Potentially addressing emotional and spiritual concerns
Supporting lifestyle changes
Providing custom formula suggestions (teas or tinctures)
Offering follow up support and guidance

The single consultation option includes: A personal, one on one 45 minute video consultation.

The 3 session package includes: (3) one on one video calls, 45 minutes each.
